IP-SRA Scarce Resource Arbitration – when systems contain scarce like electrical energy, mass, space (volume) it is logical to find a balanced distributing across the system elements that request for a scarce resource, based on the system’s design. During operation however, these requests may come in an unpredictable manner causing the system to malfunction. Resource Arbitration is an implementation of how certain scarce resources are controlled during operation. I.e. not allowing subsystems to consume electrical energy when the battery’s energy level is below a critical point.
